Thermal Vacuum Chamber – Simulating Space Conditions for Flight Hardware
KP Labs’ thermal vacuum chamber enables the qualification of spacecraft components in space-like conditions by combining deep vacuum and cryogenic temperatures. The system features a liquid nitrogen-cooled thermal shroud and a copper coldplate with independent temperature control, allowing precise thermal cycling of tested devices.
Engineered to meet aerospace testing standards, the chamber supports both suspended and mounted configurations and is located in an ISO 7 cleanroom in Gliwice. It plays a key role in validating thermal and structural performance of satellite systems before launch.
