It comprises three key components: advanced data pre-processing, spatial resolution enhancement, and intelligent data analysis algorithms.The Herd supports the full EO processing chain – from optical data acquisition through preparation, enhancement, and interpretation – including classification, segmentation, unmixing, and compression. Its components are designed for compatibility with FPGA-based, Xilinx-powered Data Processing Units, ensuring smooth deployment both on the ground and in space.
